Unique vintage dress.

This is a beautiful Burgundy color with a skirt for twirling!

It is a bit low for my liking. Just not that daring when it comes to low necklines. I would have taken it up but it's just not my style. Time to pass it to a retro full skirt person whom I am sure has a closet I would also like to rummage around in. Could this dress be considered Gothabilly with a leather jacket and some sky high black shoes?
